Ellwood City First Church of God Movie Nights!

Over the years, this family of believers has supported us, encouraged us, cried with us and celebrated with us. This is a place where you can be authentic, accepted and blessed.

In 2008 I was fervently seeking God. The first couple of churches I visited did not seem to be "calling me". Then I remembered how much I enjoyed the billboard outside of the First Church of God when I was traveling to the plaza. The sayings on that billboard were very profound and filled with the Holy Spirit. So I said to myself "you enjoy those sayings why not check out the church." So I did and I could just feel the Lord there! I have been there ever since.

I was drawn to this church because it is very much a Jesus church... a "come as you are" church. Worship is spirit-filled focusing on prayer, praising God and hearing the word of God. It is a family of believers who desire to love the Lord, love others like Jesus and to serve their community and the world around them.
