VBS will be held Sunday, June 22 through June 26th from 6:00 – 8:15pm here at the Church. The theme is Magnified. We will be discovering the bigness of God in the smallest of things.
We will be accepting gift card donations for Giant Eagle, Walmart, or Dollar Tree if anyone wants to help out. These will be used to buy supplies for decorations, snacks, and any other need. See Jen Parks if you wish to contribute.

Young at Heart will be having an Antique Roadshow on Tuesday, May 13th @ 11:00 a.m. Please note - no Y at H in April!
Please bring an antique, keepsake or other item to share with the group. Lunch will be sandwiches, mac & cheese and chips followed by an ice cream bar. Please sign up!
Ladies - let's join together and celebrate the mothers and the other special women in our lives on Saturday, May 3rd @ 11:00 a.m. here at the church. Lunch will be enjoyed followed by a concert with Sandi and Jerry Rectenwald. Chicken salad and sliders will be provided; please plan on bringing an appetizer, salad or dessert to share. Can you believe we are already coming up on our first performance! Please be at the church "READY TO GO" no later than 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night. Cast members - please park in the ballfield. Remember - no jewelry, glasses if possible or nail polish.
*The dates of the play are 4/12 @ 7:30 p.m., 4/13 @ 3:00 p.m. & 4/18 @ 7:30 p.m.
Tickets
We can't stress enough what a witness this play is for our community of believers, unbelievers, and even our own church family! The presentations will be Saturday, April 12th and Good Friday, April 18th in the evening at 7:30pm and Palm Sunday, April 13th at 3:00pm. (At this time Sunday afternoon is full). Be praying about who you can invite! There is a box for ticket requests in the narthex. They can also be obtained through the email or web site.
Cast Party
On Sunday, April 13 around noon, we will be sharing in a lunch together for our cast party! This is for ALL involved in ANY way. Cast, behind scenes, greeters, parking attendants, lighting, child care etc! Please plan on staying after church and fellowshipping as we prepare for our afternoon performance at 3:00pm! Family members are encouraged to stay as well. Menu is Chicken, chicken tenders, hot dogs, Mac n cheese, and veggies.
Parking
CAST MEMBERS, please park in the ballfield for each performance; please move your cars there on Sunday afternoon before the performance. We need the keep the parking lot open for attendees.
Children
Few things for kids/parents involved in the Passion!!! Balls have been be put away during play practice and upcoming performances. We want the kids to not be all sweaty on stage. Crafts, table activities, and snacks will be available. If parents allow, your child may bring an electronic to play in between their scenes or if they have a favorite board game/cards, they want to bring to play with others they are welcome to bring it. Providence Church Youth will be helping with the kids. They kids will particpate in an Easter Egg Hunt on Friday the 18th during the show.
